How do I update Text Banking preferences?

To update the Text Banking number:

1. In the Navigation menu, click or tap Settings and Alerts, then Text Enrollment.
2. Enter the new number that you want to enable for text banking in the SMS Text Number
3. Click or tap Save.

To update Text Banking account nicknames:

1. In the Navigation menu, click or tap Settings and Alerts, then Account Nicknames.
2. Click on the “Text” tab at the top of the page.
3. In the text field below the account name, enter a 4-letter nickname for your account.
4. Click or tap

To update Text Banking account order:

1. In the Navigation menu, click or tap Settings and Alerts, then Account Nicknames.
2. Click on the “Text” tab at the top of the page.
3. In the text field on the right, enter the order in which you would like your Text Banking account information to appear. For example, an account marked “1” will appear first, an account marked “2” will appear second, and so on.
4. Click or tap

To disable Text Banking:

1. In the Navigation menu, click or tap Settings and Alerts, then Text Enrollment.
2. Click or tap the button just below “Text Enrollment” to toggle the switch from On to Off.
3. Click or tap Save.
