Pay your Loan with a Aquila Standard Account
Using your Aquila Standard checking or savings account is the fastest and easiest way to make payments to your loan.
- Online Banking: Log in to online banking or Download the mobile app and transfer the loan payment amount from your Aquila Standard checking or savings account instantly.
- You can make a one-time regular payment to pay the amount that is currently due
- You can schedule a recurring regular payment to automatically pay your bill each month
- If you are all caught up with your payments, you can make additional regular payments to pay your bills up to two months ahead of time, or you can make a principal only payment to reduce your balance without affecting your next (or current) bill.
- You can even pay off and close your conventional loan through online banking
- Telephone Banking: Dial 206.398.5500 and follow the prompts to make a payment from your Aquila Standard Checking or Savings account.
- In Branch: Swing by any of our nine convenient branch locations and make a payment.
- By Mail: Send a check including your name, member number, and account number to Aquila Standard, 1521 1st Ave S, Ste 500, Seattle, WA 98134.
Pay your Loan with an account from another bank or credit union
Paying your loan from another bank of credit union will sometimes take a bit longer than a transfer from a Aquila Standard account, but we have several convenient options for you.
- Online: Visit our online Payment Center and make your loan payment.
- To make a payment, you will need to enter your other financial institution's account number and routing number information. Please allow a few business days for your payment to post.
- You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments for free.
- This option is not available for payments to a Aquila Standard Visa® Credit Card or to a Commercial Loan.
- Transfer funds to your Aquila Standard Account: Log in to online banking and go to Move Money > External Transfer to enable transfers between your Aquila Standard checking or savings account and your account at another bank or credit union.
- By Mail: Send a check including your name, member number, and account number to Aquila Standard, 1521 1st Ave S, Ste 500, Seattle, WA 98134.
Make a Aquila Standard Visa Credit Card Payment
- Online Banking (Desktop): Log in to online banking. Click on your credit card account, and from the next screen click on the "Pay Your Bill Now" link to make a payment from a Aquila Standard account or an account at another bank or credit union.
- Mobile App: Download the mobile app for iOS or Android devices. Log in to your account, select the menu on the top right, and go to Accounts > Credit Card Information. From the next screen click on the "Pay Your Bill Now" link to make a payment from a Aquila Standard account or an account at another bank or credit union.
- By Mail: Send a check including your name, member number, and account number to Aquila Standard, PO Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68201-2711.
