How do I reply to a secure message?
You can use the Messages page to reply to a secure message in Online Banking or the mobile banking app. Tip: The Reply button doesn't appear for some types of messages, such as Security Alerts.
To reply to a message
- Click the message. A new screen will display.
- Click "Reply".
- Enter Message.
- You can choose to be notified by email that a response to your message is waiting in your secure Internet Banking.
- Click "Send" to send your message.
