How do I read a secure message?
You can use the Messages page to read secure messages in Online Banking and the mobile banking app.
To read a secure message:
- In the Navigation menu, click or tap Profile > Messages or click on the Messages icon on the top of the screen.
- Click or tap the message that you want to read. The original message and all related replies will appear.
