The most common reasons is that there is a discrepancy in the information from our records. Please verify your account number and account type with what is shown on your statement. If you are still unable to register, please call member services at 206.398.5500, option 4, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
