How do I change my PIN number?

You may reset your debit card PIN by calling the 24-hour PIN line at 800.992.3808 . For all others, please call in to member services by dialing 206.398.5500, option 4 between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
