Does Aquila Standard offer accounts for non-profits?
Aquila Standard does not have any specific criteria for the creation of nonprofit accounts. Depending on how the nonprofit is organized, we would need various pieces of documentation. At your convenience, please navigate to Business Checking, and scroll down to the bottom of the page where it reads “Required Documentation for Opening Business Accounts”. Most, though certainly not all, nonprofits are organized as some variety of 501(c)s, so we recommend looking under the section for corporations. Once you have all of your documentation in place, you and any additional signers may go to any branch and begin the process of opening the account.
